1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BannerSync ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BannerSync's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on BannerSync's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. BannerSync cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

The Pro plan is billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to BannerSync. By uploading content, you grant BannerSync a license to store, display, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BannerSync to:

• Upload or distribute any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BannerSync, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
